History

DIPSERVICE w Warszawie S.A. was created in November 1962 as a residential-Administrative Services "Puma", pursuant to Resolution No. 83/353 Bureau of the National Council of the City of Warsaw (Official Journal of the National Council of the City of Warsaw of 10 December 1962 item. 89). The current name adopted 6 September 1988 year on the basis of Presidential Decree No 48 Capital City of Warsaw.

Commercialization Act signed on 5 June 2009 by the Minister of treasury (Rep. a 140062/2009) the Company was transformed into limited company under the name of DIPSERVICE w Warszawie S.A., which is currently in force.
